One sore red pimple-like bump on vagina?

A sore (not that bad really.) red pimple-like bump, It's on the top freshly above the clitorous on the skin of the lip, I've had it for four days. It seem to be shrinking in size. Thanks for adjectives those who answer.One sore red pimple-like bump on vagina?
could be a pimple could be herpes, keep a see for any new ones closer to the oral cavity.

It sounds like herpes.
If it's individual one, it's probably an infected hair follicle. They can hurt close to hell but usually go away on their own - parley to nurse or doc if it doesn't or spreads.
Did you recently shave the nouns? Regardless, it sounds like an ingrown curls. If it's shrinking, that's a good point! It could also be a pimple, but it doesn't sound similar to anything to worry give or take a few.
