Period + swimming= ahh. PLEASE relief?

my last interval started june 1st and ended june 6th. okay i know im due any day in a minute. so ive been wearing a pantyliner to be sheltered. today i started cramping a bit. well tomorrow im babysitting and we're swimming within her pool. my bathing suit is black but i dont want to wear a tampon unless im sure ive started cause it hurts when you verbs it out if its dry. PLEASE help me any warning needed.

You're right not to put a tampon in unless you're on your extent.. Just get out of the pool normally to check if you've started and if you have put surrounded by a tampon.
don't wear a tampon and just check you swimming suit once and a while. smaller amount chance of TSS
A lot of time hose prevents it from coming out; if it hasnt started before you move about swimming, just swim and hang on to a tampon in your purse. You wouldn't be able to see it if it did start anyway, so don't verbs!
Just wear a smaller tampon than usual...and keep contained by mind that MOST of the time, women don't bleed much when they are swimming or bathing. Dunno why, either.
Also, if you really aren't sure if you are going to start and rebuff to use a smaller tampon, you could use a panty liner with a black suit...nobody would know the difference.
Don't verbs you won't get your extent while you're in the pool. If you do you'll touch it.

usually when you are in the hose down your period flow subsides until you bring out. i dont think you own to worry .
You most potential won't get you spell in the pool, if you do you'll grain it. Keep a tampon nearby.
