well it seem very dry d own near a little rough nor swollen maybe a bit red but thats it could it e and i know this is a lil gross that my 'lips' are rubbing on my underwear

are your clothes tight?, wear loose clothing for a couple of days and wear cotton underwear. a bits and pieces such as lycra can make you hot down in attendance with would organize to pain and discomfort.
If you do wear voluminous clothing and cotton underwear for a few days maybe a week, and zilch gets better, ask your mum or a nurse.

maybe you own thrush. its not a servere problem and can be treated easily.
