No. I don't know what they christen it, but men secrete sperm while they are have sex. Cold hard medical reality. Use a condom, ALWAYS if you are not ready for a child. Besides, you other run the risk of STD's, even before ejaculation!
Guys hold sperm that comes out during sex even before he cums. So I don't have an idea that it is safe.

If you're on the pill you should be 99% protected. If he pees before you start your 'activities' next it should clear out the tubes so to speak, and the preejaculate should have an extremely LOW amount of sperm, and you should be merely fine.
But, you SHOULD have the condom when all`s said and done time.
if you are on the pill and you take the pill every single year at the same exact time of the sunshine everyday then you are fine. otherwise no, it isnt OK, you can return with pregnant. Also make sure neither one of you enjoy any kind of stds b/c you both enjoy it now.
ably, if your taking the pill, i dont see how it wouldnt, but precum also has sperm within it, and the pill isnt 100% effective, so your not completely sheltered
